Step 1: Shake the closed bottle vigorously before use Step 2: Warm up to 37°C (98.6°F) Step 3: Shake vigorously again, then unscrew lid Step 4: Cool to serving temperature, check the temperature and feed immediately *Feeding can be served directly from the bottle or can be transferred to a preferred drinking bottle. *If using the bottle directly, attach the nipple securely onto the thread of the bottle only at drinking temperature.
