Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on Formula, Cereals/porridge and puree. We DO NOT resell returns. Any returned formula is immediately destroyed.

You can NOT return unused formula even if the box is closed. Please purchase a 1-pack to ensure the formula works for your baby.

Please note during shipping, Cans and Boxes might get dented by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please understand we can't control how UPS, FedEx or USPS handles the shipments.  Dented cans or boxes do NOT qualify for Refunds or Exchanges.

You must contact us first if there's an issue with your order. The product must be in a CLOSED BOX in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you made a mistake or changed your mind, we will not accept the return. Please make sure you're buying the correct formula. We guarantee all product to arrive BRAND NEW!.

If there was a mistake, we will expedite your exchange immediately at no additional cost to you.

You can return and exchange Diapers or other skincare products as long as they are sealed.
