The first step is to wash hands and sterilize all tools following the manufactures instructions. The second step is to Boil fresh water and leave to cool to approximately 40°- 50°C *. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. The third step is to Add 2/3 of the required water to the bottle. The forth step is using the scoop provided add the correct number of scoops of powder- 1 level scoop of powder to each fluid ounce of water (approximately 30 ml). Level off the powder using the scoop leveler. Do not press the powder.The fifth step is to close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add the remaining water and shake vigorously again. HiPP AR organic special formula should be left to stand for 7 minutes after preparation so it may thicken.Last step is to shake again and check that the milk is at feeding temperature (approx. 37°C). Feed immediately. Always test the temperature of the milk before feeding. In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the food with too hot water. Please only use the enclosed measuring scoop. There are some care instruction which we have to keep in mind while using this. Expiration date is shown on each box and sealed bag. Keep away from heat and humidity. Discard mixed unconsumed formula after 2 hours. Once formula bag is open, use in the next 3 weeks. Formula is best when stored in stainless steel or glass containers. Always prepare fresh food for your baby. Do not use leftovers. Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur which could cause scalding. This product should not be used in conjunction with antacids or other feed thickeners. Due to the presence of the natural thickener locust bean gum in this formula, you may notice that your baby's stool becomes softer. This is perfectly normal
